Contribution Rules You Agree to By Donating to the Campaign:

1. The maximum donations are $2,000 per person or $4,000 per couple.
2. Your contribution is made from your own funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
3. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
4. A legislator or state constitutional officer who is a candidate for a county, city, or town office, the candidate’s principal campaign committee, and any other political committee with the candidate’s name or title may not solicit or accept a contribution from a political fund or registered lobbyist during a regular session of the legislature.
5. You are at least eighteen years old.
6. Minnesota law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election.
